	Name Overlook Hospital   City Summit State NJ Description: 6th Floor Neonatal Intensive Care Unit HVAC - This project consisted of sheet metal, air and water balancing, automated temperature controls,a 20 ton Trane air handling unit, exhaust fans, air outlets, steam humidifier, outside air louver, variable frequency drives, and VAV boxes. Piping systems installed were chilled water, condensate, hot water, steam supply and return.  The air handling unit came in sections and had to be brought into the building through the freight elevator and assembled in place in the new penthouse mechanical room.
