M&S Armistead Inc. - Project details and description

This project consisted of a brand new 3 story administration building totaling approximately 62,000 square feet.  HVAC equipment included a 40-ton Air Handling unit split system, a 80-ton Rooftop Air Handling Unit split system, a 75-ton Packaged Rooftop Unit, a 17.5-ton Packaged Rooftop Unit, 53 hot water VAV boxes, 2 hot water boilers, inline circulatory pumps, expansion tank, exhaust fans, 7 ductless split systems, and seismic vibration isolation.  Piping included hot water, refrigeration, and condensate.  HVAC contract also included sheet metal, insulation, balancing, and installing Trane Tracer automated temperature controls that tied into the existing energy management system for the entire campus.
