HVAC scope of work included tying into existing steam piping in boiler room and installing a heat exchanger, condensate pump, air seperator, expansion tank, and circulating pumps for new hot water heating system for addition. Also included one (1) 30 ton Trane split system, four (4) Trane gas fired rooftop units, and five (5) McQuay unit ventilators with finned tube radiation and cabinet heaters. All piping and equipment was installed with seismic vibration isolation.
Plumbing contract included 3" welded gas piping, a new 3" domestic water service, storm and sanitary drainage systems.
