M&S Armistead Inc. - Project details and description

	Name Richard Hall Mental Health Center   City Bridgewater State NJ Description: This project consisted of a 29,000 square foot two story addition and a renovation of 27,000 square feet of existing space at a mental health care facility owned and operated by Somerset County. This HVAC contract included a 40 ton rooftop split system, a 25 ton roof top split system, a 18 ton and a 15 ton rooftop split system. 4 rooftop split systems totaling 98 tons of air conditioning. Also included were 9 air handlers, 6 duct mounted heating coils, 40 VAV boxes, 3 hot water boilers, type 304 stainless steel double wall boiler breeching, 2 outside air louvers, 5 hot water pumps, 4 freeze protection pumps, variable frequency drives for pumps, 4 cabinet unit heaters, an expansion tank, 7 exhaust fans, electric baseboard, air outlets, seismic, mechanical identification, hot water piping and specialties, refrigeration piping and specialties, condensate drain piping, autocad piping and ductwork drawings, rigging, and equipment start-up. Major sub-contractors included sheet metal, mechanical insulation, automated temperature controls, air and water balancing, and water treatment. Total contract was over $1,300,000.00.
