Description:
HVAC – This project consisted of installing new HVAC in the auditorium and installing new unit ventilators with cooling in classrooms, as well as converting entire building automation system from pneumatic to DDC electronic. Included two (2) 15 ton packaged rooftop units, two (2) 7 ton rooftop units, sheet metal, exterior weatherproofing, steam piping retro fits, hot water piping, refrigeration piping, and condensate piping.
