Our scope of work included a Governair rooftop unit and Leibert
environmental units for MRI rooms and same day surgery suites. The project also
consisted of sheetmetal, temperature controls, air and water balancing, refrigeration
piping, heating hot water piping, condensate piping, and glycol piping. |

Bergen Community College - West Hall Communication Arts Building - (EDUCATION) Paramus, NJ
This project consisted of a brand new 3 story administration building totaling approximately 62,000 square feet. HVAC equipment included a 40-ton Air Handling unit split system, a 80-ton Rooftop Air Handling Unit split system, a 75-ton Packaged Rooftop Unit, a 17.5-ton Packaged Rooftop Unit, 53 hot water VAV boxes, 2 hot water boilers, inline circulatory pumps, expansion tank, exhaust fans, 7 ductless split systems, and seismic vibration isolation. Piping included hot water, refrigeration, and condensate. HVAC contract also included sheet metal, insulation, balancing, and installing Trane Tracer automated temperature controls that tied into the existing energy management system for the entire campus. |
George Washington School - (EDUCATION) Wyckoff, NJ
HVAC scope of work included tying into existing steam piping in boiler room and installing a heat exchanger, condensate pump, air seperator, expansion tank, and circulating pumps for new hot water heating system for addition. Also included one (1) 30 ton Trane split system, four (4) Trane gas fired rooftop units, and five (5) McQuay unit ventilators with finned tube radiation and cabinet heaters. All piping and equipment was installed with seismic vibration isolation. Plumbing contract included 3" welded gas piping, a new 3" domestic water service, storm and sanitary drainage systems. |
River Dell Regional High School - (EDUCATION) Oradell, NJ
This plumbing contract included 3 seperate additions and renovations to the existing building. Piping systems installed were acid waste, domestic water, laboratory gas, natural gas piping to roof-top units, radon, storm, sanitary, and waste/vent piping. Gas piping to roof tops consisted 2,331 feet of six inch welded pipe on the roof. Science addition required lab equipment hook ups and a 175 gallon acid neutralization tank. For the cafeteria addition, also installed a 750 gallon grease interceptor and kitchen equipment hook ups. |

Three (3) seperate additions including science building, gymnasium, and weight room totaling approximately 21,665 square feet. Renovation areas included existing classrooms for science laboratory department and the art department totaling approximately 12,370 square feet. The plumbing contract included approximately 1,743feet of gas piping on the roof, acid waste piping, acid neutralization tank, laboratory water and gas piping, lab equipment hook-ups, storm drainage piping, roof drains, sanitary waste piping, plumbing fixtures with support carriers, and solids interceptors. |
Bergen County Technical Schools - Classroom Addition - (EDUCATION) Hackensack, NJ
This plumbing contract involved a two (2) story class room addition totaling approximately 27,360 square feet. Systems installed included new sanitary and storm drainage, domestic water, and natural gas. Scope of work included service weight cast iron underground, roof drains, three (3) inch combination backflow preventor/pressure reducing valve, water heaters, and fixtures for gang bath rooms. |
Farleigh Dickinson University-Dreyfuss Hall HVAC Upgrade - (EDUCATION) Madison, NJ
This project involved working and coordinating directly with the University replacing an existing 140 ton split system with a new Mammoth packaged roof top unit. Our scope of work included freon re-claim, demolition, structural steel, rigging, electrical power wiring, fire alarm system, temperature controls, sheet metal, duct weather proofing, insulation, balancing, and start-up assistance. All of this work was completed in four (4) weeks. |
Richard Hall Mental Health Center - (HEALTHCARE) Bridgewater, NJ
This project consisted of a 29,000 square foot two story addition and a renovation of 27,000 square feet of existing space at a mental health care facility owned and operated by Somerset County. This HVAC contract included a 40 ton rooftop split system, a 25 ton roof top split system, a 18 ton and a 15 ton rooftop split system. 4 rooftop split systems totaling 98 tons of air conditioning. Also included were 9 air handlers, 6 duct mounted heating coils, 40 VAV boxes, 3 hot water boilers, type 304 stainless steel double wall boiler breeching, 2 outside air louvers, 5 hot water pumps, 4 freeze protection pumps, variable frequency drives for pumps, 4 cabinet unit heaters, an expansion tank, 7 exhaust fans, electric baseboard, air outlets, seismic, mechanical identification, hot water piping and specialties, refrigeration piping and specialties, condensate drain piping, autocad piping and ductwork drawings, rigging, and equipment start-up. Major sub-contractors included sheet metal, mechanical insulation, automated temperature controls, air and water balancing, and water treatment. Total contract was over $1,300,000.00. |
