Whether you are requesting a lump sum, unit price, budget figure, time and material, or a not to exceed quotation, M & S Armistead can provide you with competitive prices in a timely manner. Utilizing the most advanced and up-to-date computerized software, prices can be worked up very quickly.

Furthermore, while pricing projects, if we feel that there is cost saving substitutes or ideas, we let our customers know immediately. One aspect that is extremely important and is the primary focus of our estimating is guaranteeing that a complete bid is put together and that nothing is left out or over looked.

Every estimate is taken off very tediously and checked at least three times. All of the owners discuss the project in detail before an estimate is submitted. Each of our proposals are detailed and listed so that our scope of work is completely clear. We are proud to say that we have never withdrawn a proposal, or not honored our price.

Safety

Safety is our primary goal on every project. It is the obligation of all of our employees to be knowledgeable of the standards established by the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA). They are required to implement these rules and regulations in their day to day operations. Every employee is required to go to annual seminars keeping them up to date with the latest OSHA compliances.

Furthermore, all of our field foremen are required to be certified with 30 hours of OSHA training. Our field personnel also engage in random drug testing programs, which plays an important role in a safe work place.
